As a first time home buyer, the process seemed daunting and stressful. I originally worked with another agent who did no more than plug in what I wanted and shoot me an automated list of houses to look at with little else as far as attention to me. Seeing as I could do that myself, I quickly went looking elsewhere for guidance.
Matt was easy to communicate with through email and phone. I provided my thoughts on what I was looking for and he provided honest feedback about what was and wasn't realistic. When he showed us houses, it was always an opportunity to learn about what to look out for and never a pressure to buy.
